Natarajan Chandrasekaran, the newly elected chairman of Tata Sons, was born in the year 1963 in a peasant family in Mohanur, near Namakkal in the state of Tamil Nadu.

These include Merathan, which is held in Mumbai, Amsterdam, Boston, Chicago, Berlin, New York and Tokyo. His best record in the Marathon race is 5 hours 52 seconds, which he made in 2014 in New York Merathan. Currently 53-year-old Natarajan Chandrasekaran lives in Mumbai with his wife Lalitha and son Pranav. On 21 February 2017, Chandrasekaran will take over as chairman of Tata Sons.
